Spacious 1-bedroom condominium in a prime location in Jomtien:
Only 200 to the beach,
a more than 6 km long beach with a new wide promenade and dozens of restaurants,
2 night markets within 600 metres, 2 more nearby,
Bar streets 600 metres away,
Bus stations to Bangkok and Suvarnabhumi nearby,
public ’10 baht taxis’ to e.g. Pattaya Central (distance 6 km) or Pattaya Walking Street (distance 4 km).
In contrast to lively Pattaya and its nightlife, Jomtien is more of a quiet and more moderate ’family resort ’ 👍

THE GALLERY CONDOMINIUM consists of four 8-storey buildings, each with approx. 80 residential units (296 units in total, completed in 2012), and several additional town houses.
Each of the 4 buildings has its own rooftop pool on the 8th floor with fantastic sea views, a gym/ fitness centre and a small sauna room, and there is 24-hour security for the entire complex. Wi-Fi is a matter of course in the buildings and the condos, and there is also ample parking for cars and motorbikes.
The highlight of each of the swimming pools is that there are only 7 loungers/spaces each, so that you are usually alone here or have to share it with a maximum of 2-3 other people!
The larger condo 513-40 in Building A is located on the 4th floor and has a size of 58 square metres, faces south-east and offers a great view of the sea. It has a separate bedroom, 2 TVs, washing machine, 2 air conditioning units, fans and a large balcony. The condo has access to a small/ very individual quiet skypool in the house on the 8th floor with a fantastic view of the sea and the surrounding area.
Another smaller condo 513-40 is alternatively available in Building A.
In contrast to the many high-rise buildings with 50 floors, 2,000 residential units and 15 lifts, living here in THE GALLERY CONDOMINIUM is much quieter and more private!
Jomtien is likely to continue to be an up-and-coming holiday resort. The beautification of Beach Road and the widening of the beach promenade are in full swing, 3 new high tower projects such as the AROM Jomtien, SEASPIRE Jomtien and the COPACABANA Coral Reef as well as various others (e.g. SKYPARK LUCEAN) are planned or already under construction and will be added in the next 3 years. The foundation stone for the ICON SIAM shopping mall, which is already well-known from Bangkok, was laid directly at the well-known OCEAN MARINA (approx. 11 km away)..

12 reasons why I decided in favour of Jomtien
Perhaps there are more typical regions, more romantic bays, more beautiful beaches - and of course the vibrant capital Bangkok. So why Jomtien in particular?

"Why Jomtien?
Jomtien is simply a mix of low cost of living, easy transport, access to great food and different cultures, and beautiful sunsets.
The place isn’t perfect (due to some tourists and the reputation of neighbouring Pattaya!), but although there are places with better beaches etc, as far as I can tell, you won’t find such a mix of variety and reasonable prices for food/transport etc anywhere."
